Shipping information
All orders are processed within 48/72 working hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from receipt of the order confirmation email. When we ship the order, you will receive a specific notification.
We ship worldwide (at the moment shipments to Russia and Ukraine are suspended). Shipping times can vary from 3 to 5 working days. Delivery costs vary according to the place of destination and the total weight of the order (the weight takes into consideration the product, packaging and packaging). Orders up to 30 kg can be made. For orders of greater weight, contact us by sending an email to info@bottegafiorini.it for personalized management.

Returns Policy
The order can be canceled until the courier takes charge of the shipment (generally up to 72 working hours). After that, returns are not accepted. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please inform us as soon as possible at info@bottegafiorini.it by sending your order number and a photo showing the condition of the item. We handle these issues on a case-by-case basis, we will try our best to find a satisfactory solution.
Discount codes
Each discount code can have a different value and usage restrictions. Each code can only be used once and does not apply in conjunction with any other promotional codes or to the products on offer.
